Location very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Assumed our room would have tea/coffee making facilities but this was not the case for the room we had chosen. However when we asked at reception about this, we were given the facilities.

The hotel was very central and within walking distance of the Porta Nueva bus stsion - which you come into if you get the blue Sadem bus from the airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful....

Perfect location for Turino centre. Double bed as requested. Staff smart and helpful.
1. Given smoking room when non-smoking requested. Told no other room available. I refused the room and another (smaller) was found straight away! 2. Told to park in underground car park marked "Hotels". On departure told to pay teller in car park as it was a private parking. E23 per night! If I had known this I would have travelled from Milan by train. 3. Pleasant bar advertised, but never open during the stay. No reason given.
