Noise can be a real headache. the hotel’s wooden floors create an echo that carries conversations and luggage clatter right into your room. The lack of sound insulation coupled with busy street traffic can steal your peace, which doesn't help when maintenance makes its morning rounds. Also, cleanliness left something to be desired. I found used items from previous guests in my closet and the broken toilet brush didn’t exactly scream hygiene. Breakfast felt overpriced, with limited variety and poor coffee quality that left a lot to be desired.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and very quiet, which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The decor felt a bit dated, but everything was clean and in decent condition. The bed was comfy enough, and I liked having the Illy espresso maker in the room. Just a heads up, though, the shower soap dispenser was broken, which was a minor inconvenience.

The elevators can be painfully slow during busy times!!! Additionally, the noise from the corridors is quite disruptive at night, frequently breaking the tranquility one expects in a hotel!!!

we had a great time at starhotels. the executive family room was very spacious for three beds, and the newly renovated marble bathroom was amazing. they were generous with the complimentary water, and the coffee machine was excellent....

Just a prime choice for a short stay in Turin with outstanding value. The breakfast was really nice and offered plenty of options. If you're looking for parking, check in advance for nearby public car parks.
